Donor data

The donation form collects your first name, last name and email address.

This data is used to record your donation, send you your acknowledgement and thank you. It is never sold or passed on.

If you tick the box provided, your first name appears in the list of latest donations, with the amount and date. Otherwise, your donation appears there without a name.

Payment is handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details. This website does not store any card details.

Messages sent through the website

The contact and volunteer forms collect your name, email address and message. They are only used to reply to you.

How long we keep data

A donation that is started and then abandoned is deleted after two days. Paid donations and their documents are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax checks. Messages sent through the forms are deleted after two years.

Website statistics

With your consent, given in the banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how the website is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling. This information is processed by Microsoft and only used to improve the website. Donors’ personal pages are never measured.

Clarity then sets cookies, including _clck (one year) and _clsk (one day). Your choice is kept for six months in the sp_cookies cookie, and your language in the pll_language cookie. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us at reseme@live.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
